saw a few threads and answer is yes. but high chances of meeting a relationship like that is very no.

i ever had a very good friend ( fl whom just went back ) told me before that the moment they decided to work in this line, their mindset is already set to 不可以动情,cos it will only bring harm to both parties. no matter how well a guy treat her, they cant reciprocate cos its not their aim here. mostly would rather 双手把爱情推开，and concentrate onmaking their dreams happen.

Got a close buddy of mine whom got married to a WL ...even though she got caught in sg before ..

Its a very tough R/S ...

every few mths heading to china just to visit her ..remitting her every mth her expenses ..i just told him he is plain stupid ....
