Kennis is oredi a SG PR.... with a HDB in Woodlands. However she does not intend to convert to full SG citizen and will sell the HDB when the MOP is up.
That's when she will retire with the sale proceeds.
Currently she has a tidy income renting it out.... smart girl.

if full package is now rm290 (sgd85) and most of them are milfs, what is advantage of this service here compared to wat we can get in sg? considering that im not there for the food or the facilities

even the oil package older milfs are rm240 (sgd70)

In SG cannot find Malaysian milf with full service that easily. They do exist in some joints but cheapest will be $120 ( and that is excluding entrance fee). Plus the ones in SG might or might not have AR. I think mostly no AR.
