I got a feeling that they are still lurking in this forum. Just be careful.
What i feel is they quote 180/1/1, mostly bros who will meet up.. got no choice and have to pay 180/1/1 for it.
But those who rejected.. have to pay $20 taxi fares.
It's a win win for them.
