Tell tale signs of a transsexual.....

Dear experts, with the advancement of technology these days, I believe Docs can transform an ah gua into a gal without much of the usual tell tale signs like adam apple, voice and scar at the chest area signalling a boob job. So what other ways are there to tell if a gal is a 100% gal short of asking "it" directly "excuse me are you a 100% female"?

The reason why I'm asking this is becos recently I got to know a malay massuer from my ususal joint. Very pretty lady, even one of my kaki Dino21 remark that she is the prettiest massuer he has came across so far. Figure is a killer, firm C cupper and an ass that can rest a beer mug on. Maybe I'm paranoid, but somehow I detect a tinge of manly look in that pretty face. Her looks and figure seems too perfect to be 100% real and natural. Only way to be sure is to go south, even then, cannot be 100% sure. Last resort, ask for her birth certificate. Other things can change, but birth certificate sure cannot change.

Then again, what the hell, if she (or he) is as gorgeous as you described, then bonk first and check later.

Seriously, it's getting harder and harder to "detect", unless you've been to Med School. Then again, without specialization in Reconstructive Surgery, it's very hard to tell.

Just check whether she has adam apple or not. If she has it, then confirm is a HE. Present medical science has not reach the technology to remove the adam apple.

Wrong, Adam's Apple Removal is medically known as THYROID CARTILAGE REDUCTION. The procedure involves a small transverse incision in the neck immediately overlying the cartilage prominence to have the upper portion reduced. After the cartilage is reduced, a small amount of steroid is placed in the wound to help keep the scarring to a minimum.
