There's no taboo that you can only go back to the master that do for you. Any good temple or master can do the blessing. Unless your tattoos is those "special usage" type, then you may consider going back to the master that do for you.

Usually different lineage has different Wicca (magic) passed down by the fore fathers of the lineage, personal POV is that going to different masters from different lineage shouldn’t be an issue as long as you know what the yant is for and how to use it. Best if you communicate or simply use google translate, ask the Katha (chant) from the master, practise and chant by yourself daily. Some lineage has specific Wicca that is passed within the lineage only so other master you visit might not be able to do what exact Katha but I believe that they will always be a general Katha that can be used on that category yant. Example, Yant Khun Paen, different lineage has different katha for it but within knowing the original ones, the can use Yant ‘Su Na Mo Loh’ to bless the Khun Paen yant as ‘Su Na Mo Loh’ is the general Katha for all Khun Paens.
Hence, it’s best you research what this master is good at and what his lineage is known for before getting your Yant and also ask about restrictions as come might be things that you can’t follow up, if can’t don’t get it better. Always find a lineage you are comfortable with. Personally I got Yants from minimum 4 lineages of which I don’t find it’s an issue.
