So i will just pace myself , keep up with the front people...dont need to stress yourself la... I aim to to be in top 10 for 5km run ...

I run every alternate morning from carpark A to the lifeguard station and back...... and then cycle to work.

Downloaded Runkeeper first the first time, Saw my timing 35 min for 4.35km.

Not happy with my timing and distance, may go run again late afternoon...

Run for LIFE is a charity run organised by Life Community Services Society, a registered non-profit charitable organisation, and presented by our title sponsor, Noel Gifts.

Life Community hopes to raise $400,000/- nett to defray the costs of our four programmes which reach out to more than 950 clients from different races and religions. We were established 17 years ago. We are also a member of the National Council of Social Service, and have been conferred the IPC status. We reach out mainly to disadvantaged children and at-risk youths. We also hope to create awareness in support of children with incarcerated parents like Sam*, who lost his mother at a tender age and suffered physical and sexual abuse.

The Guest of Honour for Run for LIFE is Mr. Seah Kian Peng, Deputy Speaker of Parliament and MP for Marine Parade GRC.
