I don’t think it’s about which nationality is more open. I’d say all women—whether FLs (Freelancers), WLs (Working Ladies), or for ONS (One Night Stands)—can be open, as long as they feel comfortable with you.

Yes once ML willing to spend off day with you means they like you and is 99% raw cip. The more challenging part is scoring the off day.
