Feels like this playground is going through a slow death. More and more clean tenants coming in. L4 or L5 got some chicken stall now. Less bros coming for MLs as the regular crowd can make it awkward. Havent seen the 2 MLs infront of tattoo shop in a while. XQ getting harder to catch. The 2 helens are holding on but the crowded L2 food stalls make it difficult.
Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Works both ways bah. Higher footfall could translate to more customers but of course comes with lower conversion rates la. Normally people are horny when they see half balls haha.
