Doc gave me antibiotics and injection for gonorrhea in the butt. But the syphilis, another friend kena, he visited another joint in the balestiar, also BBBJ. That one kena injection straight into the butt cheek. Not once... but three times over three weeks. Painful sia, like kena summon from MOH. 😂

Thankfully, after full course of meds, all clear. Blood test retest confirm negative.

Lesson learned:
Even if just BBBJ — still can kena. And syphilis no joke — sometimes no symptoms, but can spread fast and cause long-term damage. Now I always capped up no matter what.

How to at least manage your work so as not to burnout? Several people have varied views, if reply will definitely sio pa. In fact nobody will consider consequences after burnout. So after the gonorrhea and syphilis, did you take MC? Does the employer know and is your work affected? Definitely you cannot hide the emotions at workplace.

Depending on what industry you are in, work piling varies so much these days and it is unavoidable.
