I would have think that cyberfund.com.sg is a valid company in Singapore. I know they have a few Internet cafes at the stretch of East Coast Rd along the famous Katong $$$$$. They also have dormitory / hostel above one Internet cafe (the one beside the Red House Bakery). I have seen ang mo ladies going in and out.

If you really think you have been conned, you can make a report to the police. The least you can help us brother is to put up his photos here and tell us how you have been conned so we know to becareful of him.
