I had spoken to Roxy previously on the possibility of opening up slots to meet some of her BGC members on a solo. Realising the the high interest, she's exploring it with conditions.

I read about Sierra having her own issues as well while I don’t know enough to speak on it I’m confident it has nothing to do with Roxy and friends.

On the hygiene side, I have seen her disinfect and wipe down her canes and other tools after the session. I think the fact that she doesn’t offer strap on play and exchange of body fluids is perhaps why she’s not so insistent on the before and after showering for a sub.
