What do you mean by skill? You offer $50 (1m dong) and they come back to your hotel for the night.. For those bars hidden behind blacked out windows that is (which is most).
There are definitely some girls that don't go with customer, but they'll let you know straight out if you ask them whether they go with customer. For most it's not a problem. There are a heap of bars there, most within walking distance of each other. Dozens in the central area, someone mentioned 40-50 all up around town. Many of these are small bars with only a handful of girls.
