Although pricing is important you should also keep in mind that not all ESWT treatments are the same.

Clinics will use different machines. Different machines use different ways to generate (eg piezo-electric, hydro-electric gap discharge etc) and focus the shockwave (for ED you need focal shockwave and not radial shockwave). If the clinic is using a radial shockwave machine that is meant for musculoskeletal treatments and probably will not work very well for ED.

So you might want to find out what machine the clinic is using and what clinical papers support its efficacy.

There is also the question of patient selection. Not all patients will benefit from ESWT. ESWT mostly benefits patients with mild to moderate ED that is vasculogenic (caused by weak blood vessels).

Then there is the experience of the Doctor. Where to place the probe, the energy setting and how much pressure to put will all influence treatment outcome. This I will not get into because it can be misconstrued as self serving.
