i faced this issue before, my humble opinion why this happen. i do still smoke, pcc and watch porn regularly but no issue so far for years already.
1. the girl does not excite you enough
2. exercise more
3. have more supplements like maca roots, horny goat weed and tongka ali.
but to me main factor is still item 1.
