Qn2 : When eat wanton mee is also with char siew n cai sim thus it easier to pick them up after a mouth of mee kia n not bury under the mee if in plate while the bak chor n fish cake taste better after soaking in e sauce for a while so a bowl is better than plate for bak chor mee ....
