Well I am sorry, but based upon recent cases and such, it looks like there is little for you to argue and that a charge in court is the most likely outcome...
As to whether you can try to escape with a Police warning and not go to face the music in court, you could plead with the Investigating Officer to see if they might allow you, through your lawyer, to reach out to the victim and offer some form of compensation, in return she might inform the cops that she is has forgiven you and is not inclined to pursue the matter...
BUT do note that as this is a criminal case, the ultimate decider of whether this case should go to court or not is the Attorney-General's Chambers, ie the Public Prosecutor... they will take into account mitgating factors, such as your age, how many video clips you have, whether the victim is inclined to pursue the matter or not into account before deciding to charge you or otherwise...
I am sorry however that things stand, I believe that in view of the recent cases, public policy is however disinclined to compound such offences with Police warnings and likely you would be facing judgement in court.
