It's actually quite interesting, as seldom do people get scabies from sexual intercourse.
But looking at how you describe, it sounds like some kind of allergic reaction, and it looks like what someone who is allergic to spores would get if they just had a picnic in ECP.
I'd suggest you follow this few steps with your steriod cream in hand.
1. Shower atleast twice a day, with a PH4.5-5.5 soap.
(Avoid fragrant soap)
2. Keep your skin dry all the time.
(especially after you shower)
3. Apply the steriod cream only ONCE a day.
(Stop on the 7th day)
Extensive use of steriod cream will cause spotting on your skin, and it will look very ugly you wouldn't want that.
And if you still think sex is the cause.
STOP HAVING SEX for about a week or two.
