The OKT I spoke to, has his girls check who is outside first before opening the door and let him in. So, in the event that it happened, the customer who lied to get the slot also don't get to enter the room. Just that the slot is wasted. It comes with the premise of the business. You take the good, you endure the bad too.

If its due to excess photoshopping, then my opinion is that the customer had the right to reject and NOT pay a single cent rejection fee. This, we see a lot in the use of salon photos and those headless photo.
But would you agree that if a life photo is shown and the girl you get in the room is at least 80% identical, then if the customer reject, some sort of rejection has to apply?
