LOL Are you thinking with your nose? Since when is T21 Hiso? More like Miso. Hiso is Emporium nearby. Also you are too presumptious to think that all TG office gals will think you are sleazy if you stay in around Sukhumvit lower sois. Besides RLD, Sukhumvit lower is bustling tourist/office and residential area. It isn't like Geylang where you really have little defence if you are caught hanging around one of the lorongs. OK, maybe can say you go eat Big Prawn noodles or bak kut teh

Not really. High society referring more to the elite of society, those with high social prestige, lots of influence/power or part of the establishment. These would include those of royalty, relatives of top government, old school powerful business etc. Most of them are rich but not all. In reverse the richest are not necessarily hiso. Actually these days, lots of billionaires would not be considered hiso even though they will be welcomed to any hiso event with open arms.
