No need to cool anything down ... Just go ahead an apply PR ... But based on experiences ... It will 75% n above be rejected. By then that dosent mean u cannot try.
As long as you got the ltvp ... U are free to travel in n out of Singapore as you wish ...
Once the PR is approved, as long as you can complete the formalities can liao ...
