I agree that international students are ideal. Don't limit yourself to unis. Many come here for language schools. How to meet them? I don't know, catch the bus nearby haha?
I was lucky to meet a Thai girl through a local friend. She was wild, but eventually she got feelings for me. I've never been to a brothel here. City West, the brothel from the FR in this thread seems the cheapest. There's another just north of the train tracks 'Le Cherie', I think pricey but has a decent reputation.
Finally, picking up on the weekend - Perth is ok. 'Metro' in Northbridge is almost an Asian nightclub. Go there to score your wild uni students. EVE inside the casino is more mixed but good, if you dress well. The Library is a place I don't like but it's a young crowd.
I wish I could unlock the on-campus international students. I don't know how to meet them either.
