I have found a better way to have my baht for cheonging. Citibank has very good exchange rates and since they do not charge any fees for overseas ATM withdrawal I just withdraw from the ATMs in LOS and let them convert at the favourable exchange rate. 
So much more convenient than having to hunt for money changers. |
Changed sgd 2k at people park , lucky plaza and also GM money changers respectively. No problem at all.
lucky plaza money changer even asked me how much i wanted so can give me a better rate if sgd 4k. but i only changed 2k.
