Sukhumvit (as in lower Sukhumvit from around soi 1 to soi 23) still have more farangs staying. Asians like Japs stay in upper Sukhumvit like Thonglor/ ekamai but cheong in lower Sukhumvit. Farangs are more open to staying right middle in the cheonging places

Not exactly. 150b is stated is admin fee but there is also the exchange rate conversion charge/loss. Next time you withdraw, check your balance (in THB) before withdrawal and then after you withdraw, check the balance (in THB) again. The difference after deducting your withdrawal amount is the fees/charges. Usually when I withdraw 10,000b or more, it comes to around 500b which is very high
