don't need to resolve la, both of you willing party than what to say, unless if the girl kana pressurize by her dad and later she cry foul at mata side.

what u need to do is stay calm but do not stay away from the girl u need time for her and her father to get things over. should you mia from the girl side confirm she will cry foul when doing her statment.
