Soi Holland was hot and spicy the last time i went with u mah. I heard after the flood subsided, some of the old places has been closed down but quite a few new ones opened with a lot of new softwares and better service. Recently a senior also told me they seems to have a 30% discount for all foreigners (prove it by showing ur passport at the counter) until end of 2011!!! So i think now is the best time to go!
meantime, be informed that the hotline number has really been changed to 1699, or 1155, no longer at 1150!
