The Key Bangkok Hotel is near Soi 19, 3-minute walk from Asok BTS. Soi 24 is right off Phrom Phong BTS, just one station over from Asok BTS.

Another good place to drop off your wife is BodyTune, a traditional massage joint on Soi 24. They have a courtesy tuk-tuk to take you in front of Emporium Beauty Service, it is 15 meters from BTS.
