Striking a similar chord, there's rumour going on that the new administration is slowly propagating a plan to push the industry (or at least as much of it as they can) out of the capital to Patts. Hence the price increases for both drinks and girls, the possibility of NEP gone by end of 2012 etc.

Looks like Patts the place to go for value.
