No you cannot get booze during the election hours at 7-11 or supermarkets either. Maybe the small shops will sell as they are under the radar. Some bars will open but no music and minimum lights ; depends on discrict police

Its a general election so its nationwide but make sure you check the dates as there will definitely be by-elections or other elections in different areas.

One thing we have to remember is that thailand is not Singapore , they dont plan ahead and some business doesnt even know if they are allowed or not allowed to sell/open till the night before the big day ; be it elections or religious or royal holidays.
