There will definitely be joints open. Based on my experience, nana plaza always bribes police to stay open during festivals/elections etc.
But u can't buy alcohol, only place i know at nana tt sells alcohol is spankys. They'll serve u Leo beer for the price of heineken.
Actually days like this when alcohol is not sold are best opportunities to ask your girls to take the party to your room, by that I don't mean your AGG girls but those that usually don't go out w customers like g-club dancers. Tell them u have a stash of good booze(stock up at duty free) tell them theres good food and company and u're all set! Wld be good to have dices or cards jus so u have reason to make the ladies drink hard and fast!
