10K budget not too bad. Too bad almost all "nice" places like you described close at 2am. You are left with after hours clubs which are not too bad though a bit noisy to "spend quality moments".

Only $100 for fun? Thats like B2,400? 3 words of advice... Stay In Singapore.
Why spend all that money to go all the way there for 1, maybe 2, shots (girls)? The minimum spend at Nana/Cowboy already B2,600, Happy Ending Massage along Rachada: B1,600 upwards, local go-go: B1,500, G-clubs... not even enough for tips! Havn't consider things like LDs, tips for staff etc...
