No idea which area man. Let say in Siam Square area & Sukhumvit area. I define their coffee shop like selling coffee, drinks + some snack kind lah.
After heard what my friend told me... If seriously that cheap or even it cost 500K bht. I also want to set up. profit wise... hmmm. how much man?
So... what is the real cost for a coffee shop. searching online and so far got nothing. Maybe there is some bro here know. please come in to share. If good. retire there man!
