Read the fine print. I believe for budget airlines there's no refund policy. Even if they are the one that cancel the flight, they will let you book a replacement flight but there is no refund. Once money is paid to them very hard to get back. Go to CASE oso no use cos the CASE officer will advise you to take the replacement flight!
