My experience at Bacara was even worse. When I came in the place, stood there for quite some time but no staff bother to get me a seat. Finally I saw someone leaving from the front sofa seat and waved his friend goodbye. I immediately took the empty seat and suddenly this waitress shouted at me "Seat got customer". I told her "Customer already left" She got angry and shouted at me again "Got customer" In the end, I got fed up and left the place.
Then I hopped to Tilac. I took a vacant seat near the sofa. Then the waitress told me to use another seat in a rude manner. I shifted and ordered my drink. Then the waitress told me to use the sofa seat. My drink came and before I can took my sip, the waitress again told me to shift to another side in a rude manner as she has brought another 3 caucasians. I was so pissed off by the rude services and wanted to throw my drink at her face. Luckily, one of the caucasians talked to me nicely that its 3 of us and politely asked me to shift a bit.
I ve been both places many times and never got treated like that before.
The service standard has gone down many times. Think its because business are too good and therefore the staff do not want to serve a single lonely guy.
Anyway, I decided boycott Bacarra and Tilac, not to go there throw my money anymore. There are much better looking puyings at other bars.
