Not all banks charge the service fees.
Like i said earlier....My Citibank current account debit card has no service fee for withdrawals in overseas ATM.
In Cambodia, there are 2 banks which dun charge service fees at all.
Hope more banks follow this.
Not sure if Singapore UOB card holders get charged for using UOB Thai for ATM withdrawals.
