Yes, do both. Delete her contact, and move on to another FL. As I said before in other threads, as soon as there is even a smallest hint of KC or feelings on either side, STOP and move on somewhere else.
My advice : never patronise the same FL too many times. I usually keep my RTFs several weeks/months apart, even if she's good. This way, feelings never develop, there are no expectations, and hell, there are just too many pussies out there to try.
