bro, been there once, travel to visit meo tribes n that province is poor. i would expect that you would'nt be able to find decent stuff there because they migrate out! if you love dog meat go to ansun, capital of dog meat food lovers. good luck bro. by the way some of the tribe girls are quite pretty, but you cant fuck them because govt want to protect their heritage.
