There are a few hakka restaurants at long feng area but i can't remember the name, one of them is called yang ji - 杨记客家菜 if i am not wrong. Sorry, i can bring you there but i don't remember the name. You can ask my 'lao ban niang' when you are there.
For foot massage, you can try 'xing shou zhi - 鑫手指', maybe the environment not as good as CP standard, but their foot massage skill quite good.
For body massage, you can try 'kang tai - 康泰'. The place is quite run down but the 'shi fu' skill is very good. Understand from them that all the 'shi fu' graduated from chinese medical school, not those half past six type. I always get my backache cured over there, after doing heavy exercise.
But a little bit expensive.
There are a lot of hair wash salon in HZ city. But i always go to the one in long feng area. This is because there are a lot of bbs around there. After wash my hair, i jalan jalan to wash my eyes.
Can ask my 'lao ban niang' for the exact location. Just tell her the salon that i always go for my hair wash, she will know.
For shopping, you can go to 'shu ma jie - 数码街' at the centre of the city. You can also try 'bu xing jie - 步行街' at the west lake area. For electronic and computer items, you can go to 'dian nao cheng - 电脑城' behind 'na fang jiu dian - 南方酒店', opposite is the HZ city bus station.
All taxi drivers in HZ city know all these places.
