Yup u heard correct. From end 2007 to mid 2008 they had this CX promo. Prices were cheaper (SGD180 all in/return) or similar to budget coz I tend to book my tickets 2 weeks b4 I go. Once was bumped up to 1st Class! F**king shiok man! Pity it was only 2 hours ride
