Bro, can't blame him la, bonking got a lot to do with mood one. Just like shopping, even if the goods are nice, don't like the salesman attitude then will spoilt mood. Yes, you're right that most customers still will buy and ignore the salesman, but then what's the purpose of a salesman if he is not there to add value and enhance the sales closing rate right? Might as well don't have okt, just let customer self service if he's gonna worsen the buying experience.
