bro, city plaza is mainly indos. And it is not as packed as LP. Furthermore, there are many indo guys as well.
Think go LP is better becoz a lot more pinays, they can speak english (orang indo mau cakap bahasa indo atau melayu) and less competition. All in the name of relativity. The only thing is no budget/transit hotel nearby.
