Pratunam is not very far from Huai Khwang but the traffic jams at Pratunam area are killer hor! Best is to use BTS/MRT combo. Chitlom-Asok BTS/Sukhumvit-Huai Khwang MRT. Alternatively can try bus 73 or 514 to shuffle between Pratunam and Ratchada.
