Ah.. the folly of youth (and it's beauty)...hahahaa..
Still remember when I was younger, go cheong with those "uncles" (now I'm their age!) they say much watch out for this, and for that. When you young, bo chup lah, the body like can recover easily.

Then as age catch up, realize metabolic rate slow down; eyesight deteriorate, lie down wrongly watch tv; back also pain..etc..etc Best advice for those still young is try not too put on too much weight; once on, and get old, very very hard to lose the weight, esp the belly!

My own experience is I used to drink a lot (still drink lah..) but after drinking dunno why always want to makan supper. Teochew poriage, Prata, etc..etc. Like after KTV close, must go eat first, then go home sleep. I think this is the worst; eat liao then sleep; also it's one extra meal that the body doesn't need. Since I cut down this supper, managed not to put on too much weight.
Go jogging occasionally now and then, not so much to lose weight, but to try to keep the heart a little healthy.....

Ah... thinking back..when people ask me go exercise, keep healthy lifestyle.. I tell them I healthy cos always go health centres! hahahaaa

Think having regular Tea Breaks & Suppers actually will become a ( unhealthy ) habit or ritual that we "die-die" need the fix for our stomachs !!! And having supper is definitely worst because your stomach need to work "overtime" when you sleep !!!

My "incentives" now for doing morning runs or Gym is to "reward myself by bonking any SYTs as there are medical reports that commented SEX is good for the Heart !!!"......
