well, for laksa, i tried before at siam paragon's secret recipe. not that good and its way too ex for a laksa without see hum and seafood. not worth the money. if i remembered correct, i think it costs over 100 thb. i felt its an extortion when the taste was not that authentic.. too subtle.

but no choice, that time i kinda got bored of thai street food and fish sauce. so i went around and hunt for singapore food. or even malay food. haha.

found out that some chiangmai food and delicacies are actually taste similar to malay and sg food. eaten at one stall which i think is Ratchada soi 18 (not very confirmed. hope bros staying at ratchada even-numbered sois can correct me) there is a shop selling chiangmai food and its nice. some are like the nonya kuehs.. and i even ate one dish similar to our otah.. but theirs are bigger pieces of the fish meat. thats similar to our mackerel otah. haha.
