The shop is along Pracha U-Thit Road (aka Meng Jai). From your description, the shop should be on your right when you are travelling from Ratchada and this road will meet the intersection of Pradit Manutham Road toward Town in Town. Along that stretch of road, there is also a very good Kou Kar Moo (Pig leg rice) just beside the Chicken rice shop.
Further down after the chicken rice shop, on your left there is a Bak Ku Teh shop too! It is origin from Malaysia. Pretty ok but cannot compare to Malaysia standard but good enough to have such a decalices in Bangkok.
Cheers!
