Barfine rate is generally THB600. In my honest opinion not worth it. Top up THB400 can get a bonk at a Petchburi MP liao.

I recommend you reading the BKK Agogo thread of what goes on in an Agogo Bar. Yes that ugly waitress that serves you can also be barfined and bonked. She'll most likely give you commando sex as her mileage is very low.
