U will have to nego abit. But in my experience they not hard up about it. YMMV. Entrance 60 iirc and for FS i paid 2B2R.
Btw walked pass and got another shop just beside. Looks like mostly viets i think. Seemed quite desperate for business but the ones i saw only looked so-so.
