Under what circumstances should frequent urination lead to hospital treatment?

• Accompanied by urinary pain, urgency, fever, back pain and other discomforts;
• Signs of lower limb weakness or spinal cord injury (such as transverse sensory loss, changes in anal sphincter tension and disappearance of anal contraction reflex);
• Accompanied by hematuria, pyuria, abnormal urine odor, etc.;
• Middle-aged or young men or men over 50 years old, frequent urination, accompanied by difficulty urinating, waiting to urinate, weak urine, thin urine stream, increased nocturia, etc.;
• Accompanied by other symptoms, such as dry lips and dry mouth.
