Same both 99 and ruan ruan no reply to whatapp n sms for me as well.
I think different ppl give score differently too.
For me if i give 7 consider quite a good score if below 5 mean cmi le. I dun think i will ever give anything 8 and above as scoring. But my 7 might be a 9 to other so this just take it as a gauge, yymv.
