technically okt won't know what goes on inside room, even if have such rules, hard to enforce
in my humble personal experiences, it depends on the girl
have encountered those give 'full service' for 30min, also those cut corners even for full 200.
but on average, no kiss is common for PRC even at full 200. zhutzhut bbbj should be common even at 30min
those girls who want to "pia for OCS" will be more all out, those "aiya ippt pass can liao" may be more calculative or choosy. Have encountered both types across all houses so don't think there are hard or fast rules, up to the girl how she want to do it
one thing in general, many don't fancy "小的" (not talking about kukubird
). so better to expect less .
though personally 30min is a great & quick way to filter out gems. those treat me good at '小的' is more or less auto gem, will get a ‘大的’ next, ‘大大的’ or even '超大的'.

have gotten those give fair zhunzhun 30min, some even give & take up to extra +5min
but on average I encountered usually they time it well, make sure you are dressed by the last 5 minutes.
again, understand where you coming from, personally I do expect at least 25min, but it's more of the girl's overall attitude than how many minute she 'tok' me.
looking at the big picture, 30min is viewed like fast food fuck-n-go, once you finish their job is done
have even encountered some who even carry this mentality over for full 200, tio tok -20min before, huge turn off.
so while I would too be slightly unhappy with -8min for "小的" myself, unfortunately it seems within acceptable limit of the current culture
