The VIP parade is on an hourly basis eg 1pm, 2pm, 3pm etc... when it is time for the parade, the captain will usually walk around to announce, so you wouldn't miss the viewing.
Most spas can preview their girls but in different kind of format. Eg. For One6, the captain will bring you up to show you room by room. For NZ and LA, you can view the girls in TV room/dedicated room respectively. For Aman, the girls will sit on the sofa in the canteen.
